I carry out this accompaniment throughout a totally personalized and individualized program of 5 sessions duration of each session approximately 1 hour and a half plus follow-up between sessions. My training talks for groups cover various topics such as the bases of healthy eating, the preparation of complete dishes, the risks of excess sugar, etc. In my cooking workshops I teach simple, tasty and healthy recipes that anyone can make at home.
